Resonant Frequency is the ability of your tissue to transfer energy.
Resonant Frequency is the speed of movement at which you utilize the fascial property of elastic recoil (rather than muscularly).
This is a very important concept. Maybe read it again? 👆
I know it took me a while to begin to grasp this concept on the Body level when I first learned it.
Elasticity in the Body is not about how much something can be stretched but rather how much it can bounce back (aka recoil) after being stretched or compressed.
To connect with an elastic quality of motion, we need to move at the right speed.
Let me rephrase this: to connect to your resonant frequency there must be right pacing.

Living your life in resonance = living your life at a digestible pace and in a doable way.
At the pace when your Body is actually able to transfer energy = metabolize life as it happens without storing it for later.
The way you move = the way you move through life.
Once we’ve begun to attune to the nuanced behavior of elasticity in our bodies and discover how we can generate kinetic energy (energy of motion) from within our fascial network, our capacity for movement (through life) expands significantly.
This is how we can begin cultivating Resonance.
This is how we bring Fight, Flight, Freeze into Resonance.
This is wizardry.
This is the key of all keys to all the doors!
Somehow very few people know this and actually practice this on purpose.
You can apply it anywhere. Until you don’t have to apply it anymore and it becomes a default setting of your Body security system.
